Like most predators the Black Diamond Assault is designed to take its prey by surprise. By accommodating all lead, steel and, hybrid heavy loads size #2 through #8, this is one deadly tube. The Assault has not only proven successful for predators, but for deer hunters as well by accommodating buckshot through #8. That kind of knock-down power coupled with the tightest groups possible can’t help but Assault your quarry.
Note: Although you are ordering the Assault model, the tube will be mark with a #2*** as this is the same constriction as our waterfowl model tubes.

Awesome choke. 12 guage 3 inch #1 and 000 buckshot at 30 yards grouped less than the size of a basketball.

I was looking to improve my shot pattern with large shot in my coyote setup. I’d been running #4 buckshot through an extended, ported, .690 choke. While I was happy with the results, after reading some reviews I wanted to try this less constricted choke with the #4 and some #1 buck. At 45 yards this choke out patterned the other choke with #4 buck and shot the #1 buck very well too. I plan to experiment with some other shot sizes as well. Very pleased with this choke tube.

This choke is awesome for bigger shot! The 0.710” constriction is perfect for no. 2 – buck shot loads. It patterns tighter than any other choke or constriction I’ve tried especially when using apex predator loads.

I patterned Dead Coyote 3″ T shot, #4 buck 3″, 4 shot 3″ turkey load and Hornady BB Predator load at 50 yards with a Mossberg 835. Worked well with all of those shot types. I was surprised to see how tight the 4 shot turkey load was at 50 yards! Great place to deal with.

Literally the best choke tube I’ve ever used! Pattern has the tightest grouping I’ve ever seen with a far shot! I would def recommend this product to anyone that seriously wants the best!!!!
